Since graduating from Macalester College in 2004 I have been deeply involved in volunteering with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship first at Macalester College and later at Hamline University.
I began studying at Bethel Seminary in 2008 and in June 2011 I graduated with a Masters of Arts in Theological Studies. In December 2013 I was ordained at Pilgrim Baptist Church where I had served as an associate minister until July 2015.
I am married to Katie Matson-Daley and we have chosen to worship as a family as she also pursues her calling to ministry. Katie is planting The Beloved United Methodist Church, a multi-racial community on St Paul’s East Side that follows Christ, seeks justice and joy, and affirms that everyone is loved by God. At The Beloved I lead music, work on technology and occasionally preach.
I continue to serve as pulpit supply, facilitator and teacher when the opportunity arises.
